Having the three divisions under one company enables us to offer our customers a comprehensive package, so that if a high-end residential or commercial facility is being built or renovated, our company can accommodate the exterior painting, the interior painting, the wood finishing, specialty finishes (on-site or in our shop) and in the case of restorations, any abatement of hazardous materials, which may be found on the premises.

Warwick Painting Company, Inc., competitively bids on a wide variety of projects, ranging from the exterior

painting of an industrial building to the complete renovation of the interior and exterior of a church in historic Newport. Under this parent company, there are two other divisions which work hand in hand to complete all aspects of restoration work, interior and exterior painting, finishing and abatement of hazardous materials.

Warwick Finishing Company focuses on all areas of wood finishing and specialty metal finishes. Our facility houses a 20,000 sq. ft. finishing shop that accommodates areas with roller-coating and flat-line spraying departments to do shop priming for major lumber companies and a specialized finishes department that handles high-end wood finishes, faux and leaf finishes, pew refinishing for religious institutions and specialized metal finishes.

Warwick Abatement Company works in conjunction with Warwick Painting Co., to handle the abatement of asbestos and lead, which can be present in older facilities and needs to be abated prior to painting. Fully licensed and insured in the abatement of hazardous materials, we strictly adhere to all state and federal guidelines for removal and disposal.
